Partnerships
Looking to partner with us by forming your own local online yard sale community? Here are some basics of what you'll need to know:

What you do
Tell the world (or at least your community) about the site. Find local sponsors for additional ad revenue. Respond to user emails. As part of the application process, we require partners to provide a detailed 3-month marketing plan and a higher-level 6 and 12-month strategic plans, which will be reviewed and approved.

What the franchise guys do
They manage all technical aspects of the site, including maintenance and upgrades. Provide consulting to you and collaboration between all partners and sites. Manage all financial transactions.

Time Required
Expect to spend 10-40 hours a week.

Cost
$1500 purchase fee.
$30 monthly service fee for hosting the website, graduates up after 10,000 hits a day.

Profit sharing
Based on monthly revenues:
Graduated. You keep 50% of the first $1000, 60% of the next $500, 70% of the next $500, 80% of the next $500, and 90% of everything else.
